TTC filed a class action on behalf of consumer purchasers of the Peg Perego strollers models Milano, Roma, Venezia and Milano XL. This consumer class action was filed on January 24, 2002, in the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey, County of Middlesex. The complaint alleges that certain Peg Perego strollers are defective which resulted in a folding problem in the strollers. Due to the defect the strollers cannot be folded using the intended "step" mechanism.

PEG PEREGO STROLLERS: On September 28, 2005, the Superior Court of New Jersey entered an Order preliminarily approving a nationwide class action settlement. Thus, if you own or owned a Peg Perego stroller model Elba, Roma, Milano, or Milano XL, please visit the Settlement Administrator website at www.PegPeregoSettlement.com. Your rights may be affected.
